• We also offer No win No fee to our clients subject to our terms and conditions mentioned below: We will initially assess the merits of the immigration matter of our clients before we can offer to work on “No Win No Fee” basis. We will only offer this service if we are satisfied with the documents and information provided by the client.

• Paragon Services offer “No Win No Fee” service assuming that all the information / documents provided by the client are accurate, truthful and genuine. If the Home Office refuse the application based upon the credibility of the documents, the No Win No fee policy will not be applicable (i.e. Paragon Services will NOT refund any fees and will keep the fee paid by the client).

• This service will only be applicable if the client provides a true account of his circumstances and disclose all aspects of his immigration history or stay in the UK and also confirm that he does not have any criminal convictions or facing any ongoing criminal proceedings.

-In case the client requests for the withdrawal of application from the Home office, no fees will be refunded by Paragon Services.

• In case of refusal of the application, Paragon Services will refund the fee that the client has already paid for the services. We will not refund any other costs involved in making that application for e.g. Home office fees, postage, Translation charges or same day service charges or any other charges that we incurred with due consent of the client.

• Paragon Services reserve the right to cancel this offer, if the circumstances on which the No Win No Fee was offered, change. However Paragon Services will inform the client in writing as soon as possible and take further instructions on the procedure of dealing with the matter.
