This is a conformation of right of residence for non-EEA family members of an EEA national who is registered under Worker registration scheme. This is usually given for a period of 12 months or the remaining period of the EEA national`s registration under WRS.

Only family members of the EEA nationals can apply for this stamp and such an application can only be made while remaining in the UK. Holders of FMRS have got full rights to work in the UK and can apply for residence card for five years, upon completion of their FMRS.
