Under this scheme a person can come to the UK, without any work permit or investment, to establish a branch or wholly owned subsidiary of an overseas parent company. The overseas company should not already have any branch or representative in the United Kingdom.
The conditions of this scheme’s are that candidate should have been directly employed by the overseas company at a senior post for at lest six months, the candidate intend to work full time in UK as representative of that parent company and cannot involve in any kind of other business or employment, and lastly the candidate does not hold more than 30% shares in the parent company.
Initially two years visa is being issued to the successful candidate of this scheme and before this leave expire the candidate need to apply for further three years extension.
The candidate will need to provide the full detail of the overseas company e.g. nature of business, accounts assets etc. job description, salary, employment contract, etc.
They are also allowed to invite their family members as their dependants in the UK.
