Confidentiality:
Paragon services undertakes to keep all the client`s information / documents confidential and keep a safe record of all such information. Paragon Services is however obliged to show its files to the OISC during audits that is being conducted by the OISC to ensure the quality of advice and services being given to the client.
Complaints:
The clients have a right to complain to the OISC, if they are not satisfied with the advise and services rendered by Paragon Services. However, we encourage the clients to speak to the complaints officer of Paragon Services who will endeavour to address the issues without having that matter escalated to a formal complaint to the OISC. |
