Paragon Services provides Immigration advice & services subject to the following terms & conditions:

1 The date when the client signs the agreement / client care letter shall be considered as the date of commencement of agreement.
2 The Paragon Service’s obligations include:
 
To provide professional services outlined in this agreement with reasonable care and skill.
To discuss and understand client’s needs and problems in order to evaluate and identify an appropriate course of action and procedure relevant to the case. To prepare documents/applications as required according to the rules and codes of conduct made by the relevant regulatory organisation.
To regularly inform the client of case developments and keep the client updated on the progress of their application. To take the clients instructions and initiate follow-up proceedings for and on behalf of the client as authorised and agreed upon by the client.
The Paragon Services will not be responsible for any losses, penalties, surcharges, or tax liabilities directly or indirectly arising from supply by the client of incorrect or incomplete information, or the clients or others failure to supply any appropriate information or client failure to act on the Paragon Service’s advice or respond promptly to communications from the Paragon Services or other concerned offices, department, organisation, institution or authorities.
3 The client’s obligations include:
 
a It is agreed by the client to abide by the fee scale and payment schedule as per attachment.
b To enable the Paragon Services to carry out the job assignment, the client agrees:
 
To make a full disclosure of all circumstances and to provide information necessary for studying, evaluating and preparing the case.
The Paragon Services will rely on the information and documents being true, correct and complete.
 
c To respond quickly and fully to the Paragon Service’s requests for information and to other communications.
d To provide instruction and information in sufficient time to enable the Paragon Services to complete the case and submit it within the prescribed time frame.
e To forward to the Paragon Services the notices and other communications received from the concerned offices to enable it to deal with them as may be necessary within the time limits.
5 The client agrees that the Paragon Services can approach any third parties as may be appropriate for information which the Paragon Services considers necessary in order to deal with the client’s affairs.
6 When making recommendations, the Paragon Services will assume that the client can judge the suitability of the advice.
7 The client’s rights to raise an action against the Paragon Services for damages will be restricted as the client will only be able to initiate proceedings for breaches of obligations owed to the client.
 
Taking Instructions:
Paragon Services may take instructions from the client or authorized persons of the client by telephone, letters, emails, faxes or an in-person meeting with the client or his authorized representative.
The client is required to give a true and full account of his immigration circumstances / previous stay in the UK and also give full details of any convictions, if any. Failure of providing this information might result in the refusal of immigration application and in that case, client will be required to make full payment of the agreed fee to Paragon Services.
The client should also provide the documents and other information as requested by Paragon Services, in respect of his immigration application. The UKBA may choose to verify any such information / documents and may refuse the application, if those documents / information could not be verified. The client will be required to make full payment of the agreed fee to Paragon Services, in that case.
The client is required to make 50% payment of the agreed fee at the time of application submission and must also agree to pay the balance on the successful outcome of the immigration application.
Any actions taken by Paragon Services outside the scope of the services contracted for, shall be charged separately and a written consent would be sought before commencing any such work.
 
Assessing the Immigration Matter:
Paragon Services will assess the merits of the immigration matter of the client in the light of the information and documents provided by the client and advise on the prospects of success.
Paragon Services will only commence work on the immigration matter, if the client agrees on the proposed course of action and that will be evidenced by client`s signatures on the client care letter.
Paragon Services cannot and does not give any guarantees of time scale. It can only advise on the estimate time that can vary in each application depending on the particular immigration history of the individuals included in the application. Paragon Services will however keep the client updated in respect of their immigration matter.
 
Withdrawal of Instructions:
In case of withdrawal of instructions, Paragon Services will assess the amount of work already done and services rendered to client and give the final invoice or make arrangements for the refund, whatever the case may be.
Paragon services will return all the original documents to the client that are kept in the office file after clearance from accounts section.
The expenses already incurred on the client`s application as per instructions of the client, will not be refunded.
The client may also seek a copy of the whole office file that can be forwarded to him and first copy would be free.

Confidentiality:
Paragon services undertakes to keep all the client`s information / documents confidential and keep a safe record of all such information. Paragon Services is however obliged to show its files to the OISC during audits that is being conducted by the OISC to ensure the quality of advice and services being given to the client.

Complaints:
The clients have a right to complain to the OISC, if they are not satisfied with the advise and services rendered by Paragon Services. However, we encourage the clients to speak to the complaints officer of Paragon Services who will endeavour to address the issues without having that matter escalated to a formal complaint to the OISC.
